Terms of Use
These terms explain the rules for using Neury and the responsibilities that come with creating personal audio.
Last updated: August 25, 20261. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account, accessing Neury, or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Neury.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If the law where you live requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or guardian must approve your use of Neury.
3. What Neury provides
Neury is a creative audio service that helps you write, edit, mix, generate, save, and play affirmation and subliminal audio. Features may change as we improve the product. Neury does not promise that every feature will always be available or that generated content will meet every preference.
4. Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password and devices secure, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may not sell, transfer, or share an account in a way that compromises its security.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the prompts, scripts, and other original content you submit. You give Neury a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, adapt, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for temporary backups or records we must retain by law.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to submit and use your content. Do not upload confidential information belonging to someone else or material that violates another person’s rights.
6. Generated scripts and audio
Neury may use automated systems to create text and synthetic speech. Generated material can be incomplete, unsuitable, or different from what you expected. Review and edit every script before creating or listening to a full session. You are responsible for deciding whether the content is appropriate for you and how you use it.
7. Personal wellbeing and audio safety
Neury is for personal creativity, reflection, and experimentation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional advice. Neury does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and we do not guarantee personal outcomes.
Listen at a comfortable volume. Do not use audio in a way that distracts you while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that requires your full attention. If listening causes discomfort, stop using the audio.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use Neury to break the law, harm or exploit another person, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, scrape the service, impersonate another person, or generate content intended to facilitate abuse or wrongdoing. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service except where the law expressly permits it.
9. Neury’s rights
Neury, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and content provided by us, is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are transferred to you.
10. Third-party services
Neury relies on third-party services for infrastructure, content generation, storage, and distribution. Their availability can affect Neury. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Paid features
Neury may offer paid plans or purchases in the future. Before you pay, we will show the price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation method. App store purchases may also be governed by the applicable store’s terms.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Neury at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others, investigate misuse, comply with law, or respond to a violation of these terms. We may discontinue the service, but we will try to provide reasonable notice when practical.
13. Disclaimers
Neury is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neury will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for claims relating to Neury will not exceed the amount you paid to Neury in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless consumer law in your location requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as Neury changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be sent to support@neury.co.
