This Privacy Policy applies to the Neury website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services. In this policy, “Neury,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of the Neury service.

2. Information we collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your display name, email address, and authentication information. Passwords are stored in a protected, hashed form. We do not store your password as readable text.

Content you create

We store the prompts, themes, titles, intentions, scripts, audio settings, and generated audio that you choose to save. This lets us create your sessions and keep them available in your personal library.

Technical information

We may receive basic connection and device information such as IP address, browser type, app version, operating system, timestamps, request logs, and error details. We use this information to operate, secure, and improve Neury.

Local storage

Neury uses browser or device storage to keep you signed in, remember session information, and support playback. Mobile apps may use secure device storage for authentication tokens.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide account access, generate scripts and audio, save your library, process previews, support playback, respond to requests, prevent misuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How content is processed

Text that you submit for script or voice generation may be sent to OpenAI through its API so Neury can create the requested script or spoken audio. We send only the information needed to perform that request. Your account password is never sent for content generation.

Neury uses Amazon Web Services for application hosting, database services, file storage, and related infrastructure. The public website may be delivered through Vercel. These providers process limited information on our behalf to operate the service.

5. When we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, or operate Neury. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of the service. We do not share your private scripts or audio publicly unless you choose to do so through a feature that clearly says it will share them.

6. Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, restricted infrastructure access, and protected cloud storage. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and protect access to your devices.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep account information and saved content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can delete individual sessions from your library. To request account deletion or a copy of your information, contact us at support@neury.co. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

9. International processing

Neury and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10. Children

Neury is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not legally permitted to use the service. If you believe a child has provided information to Neury, contact us so we can review and remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Neury changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice when reasonably possible.
